#100DaysOfCode: Second 10 Days

This post is part of a series I’m doing to document my progress with the #100DaysOfCodeChallenge. You can read the rest of the series here.

I’ve continued focusing mostly on completing the Free Code Camp challenges. I’ve completed the Debugging, Basic Data Structures, Basic Algorithm Scripting, and Object Oriented Programming sections of the JavaScript module and the Bootstrap and jQuery sections of the Front End Libraries module. I’m really happy with all that progress!

I started building a Simon game using this tutorial, which has been lots of fun, and took Tower’s Git course. I learned a lot, but I still feel a bit too worried that I’m going to break something on the remote repo. I just need more practice.

I made an animated mobile menu in bootstrap that closes when you click outside it. I was especially proud of this considering how baffled I was by mobile menus just a year ago! I also made a responsive timeline, which was a lot trickier than it seems, but I’m very happy with the finished result.

I had a few days off because of poor mental health, but I’m very pleased with myself for setting my timer and getting back into it.
